FAQ's

Hours Of Operation; We strive to work around our client’s hours, we have been known to work threw night to get the job done for that quick closing date, or that gotta have it done yesterday job.

Days of the week: Once again we will accommodate you.  We will work weekends and holidays, basically 24/7.

Work Area: We are based in London and will travel in any direction within 100kms.. Traveling fees will be negotiated with client.

Services: We are junk removal company with a lawn and snow plowing division.  If you need a special service done just ask and if I can’t help I have a net work of friends that can.

Fees: We have a flat fee of $50.00 for brining our trailer to you (London / Residential only). This fee includes picking up from driveway our garage only.  I like to flat rate all our work, if we provide extra help for cleaning up attics, basements, garages etc. a free quote will be provided to you.  Commercial contract’s negotiated separately.  See job gallery for examples of loads and what was charged.

Quotes; All quotes free, if I quote over the phone I reserve the right to readjust if circumstances change, or once I view the actual materials to be removed.

Dump fees: These fees are based on your materials, a mixed load is always the most expensive because it has to be sorted at the recycling dumps.  One material loads like drywall, wood, bricks & concrete all have separate rates and are based on the weight of what you have to dump.

Materials we can take: We can remove anything, exceptions would be chemicals and any radioactive materials.

Payments: We do invoice you and presently except cash or cheques.  We are planning to except interact and visa/MasterCard soon.
