Junk Removal

We have a flat fee of $50.00 per call

Dumping fees are based on the weight of the product being disposed of; all fees are quoted before work commences.

Per call fees are based on accessibility of Junk being removed. Most times these materials are placed in the driveway for easy access. We will clean out backyards, basements, attics, crawl spaces and garages. Once again these jobs will be quoted based on a flat fee.

Small Demolition jobs are quoted the same way.

We can leave our trailer on your property so you can fill it yourself saving extra labor fees. We find trailers are more convenient because they can be removed any time of the day, whereas bins are subject to working hours of the providing company.

Trailers will not damage your driveway, and will roll across lawns with less impact.

Snow Removal & Grass Cutting

Full contracts run from November 1st to October 31st.

Full contracts consist of plowing, spring cleanup, lawn cutting, fall cleanup and back to plowing.

• Snow plowing; we plow every snow fall (2 inch minimum) private walkways inclusive, no city walks.
• We do not sand or salt.
• If snow is to be removed from property because of excessive accumulation, a removal fee can be negotiated.
• Snow season only goes from November 1st to March 31st

• Spring clean up; consists of initial cut, raking of yard, driveway blow out. We pick up and dispose of materials generated by winter season (branches, tree limbs, etc.)
• Weekly cut; will be done as conditions allow (July & August 2 cuts per month)
• Fall Clean-up: Final cut & removal of leaves.

Terms
• All contracts are effective the date of signing
• Signing dates become your annual renewal date.
• Contracts can be carried over to another property if the signing client sells the listed property above or moves to another.
• Payments are due as written, work will cease if semi annual and/ or quarterly payments are not made.

• Full service contracts start at $900.00 per year (75.00 a month)
• Snow only Contracts start at $400.00 per season. Residential only.
• Commercial lots to be negotiated.
• We offer a 10% signing bonus incentive for full payment customers.
• We only accept annual, semi annual and quarterly payments. Any other terms may be negotiated at owner’s discretion.
